‘Prohibition of burning of human remains outside of crematoriums NOT unjustifiable interference with orthodox Hindu beliefs’

The prohibition of the burning of human remains other than in a crematorium, such as on an open air funeral pyre, was not an unjustifiable interference with orthodox Hindu beliefs as they are protected under Article 9 of the Convention.
