I practice as a consultant from the offices of Freeman Harris having closed my own firm back in October of 2014. During my time I was a partner at a well-known insurance practice Vizards, at the London and Birmingham offices of a National firm Merricks and Principal of my own firm Hafezis from 2000 to 2014. I continue to serve my clients as a Consultant at Freeman Harris.

In my own firm, I acted for insurers and loss adjusters on all types of liability claims arising out of accidents at work, in public places and on the highway.
To liability insurers and loss adjusters, we provided advice, assistance and representation in a wide range of legal issues arising out of liability policies.
To my business clients, we provided advice, assistance, and representation in matters involving, among others, property disputes, partnership disputes, and ownership disputes and do in an approachable, effective and robust manner.

In my time I have been a member of The Forum for Insurance Lawyers, the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel, and a member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers, Commercial Litigators Association (CLAN), and the London Solicitors Litigation Association (LSLA).
