Abdul Hafezi’s view:
Yesterday I said that the court was correct in rejecting Mr.Maclaren’s plea for privacy on the the grounds of public interests.
Today I, a man of republican tendency would argue that the Duchess’ private rights are clearly breached. She was in a private place surrounded by high walls. These photos raise issues of no public interests, save titillation. Her actions, as that of Harry in Vegas, be considered by the man on the “Clapham Omnibus” to be within the bounds of acceptable behavior.
Whilst, public figures have to accept that they are seen as role models. There is clear difference between Mr.Maclaren’s sexual encounters and the Duchess’ actions in a closed gated environment. ~ http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-19595221#
